Your subscription is set by two things: the plan you choose (Organise or Pro) and your annual role volume. Slide the roles selector to your volume and the cards update. Usage (Find and Payments) is billed on top as you use it.
A role is a single official position on a single game. If you run 100 games needing 2 officials each, that's 200 roles per year. We count roles across their whole lifecycle, so your price reflects real platform usage rather than headcount.
Annual is the best value and our headline price. Quarterly is billed in four instalments at a small premium. Monthly billing is available on the Organise plan only, as a 12-month commitment paid monthly. All are annual commitments.
Nothing breaks: we never block your platform. We'll flag it, and you can either upgrade straight away or simply move to the right band at renewal. Your committed price is honoured for the term.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change applies immediately, with billing prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
We don't offer a traditional free trial, but you don't have to commit to a subscription to get started. Our PAYG plan lets you use the platform today with no monthly fee: you get the every-plan essentials and only pay for what you use (Find and Payments).
